This is a small collection of prints that I offer, which spans two and a half decades of my love affair with photography. Some of these are straight off the negative from the days when I was still using film (I miss those days).


The first image you see (the brown leaf) was the very first macro photograph that I took and developed myself, using an old AE-1 Canon camera. I remember being in the darkroom, seeing the veins in the leaf and having this "aha!" moment. It dawned on me that I had an opportunity to take everyday beauty and give it the attention it deserves, whether that beauty takes shape in a human face, a moment, or a leaf.
